Ferris & Co are undergoing a series of changes that we’re eager to tell you about.
New Joiners
We have two new additions to Ferris & Co’s diligent team, who are both eager to provide you with our first class service! Becky Brown joins us as our Property Manager, while Jonathan Brown is joining our team as an Inventory Clerk, having previously worked freelance for Ferris & Co.
Jonathan is an experienced Inventory Clerk, who has compiled inventory, check-out and check-in reports, and also carried out mid-term inspections for all Ferris & Co properties. He has been working with Ferris & Co on a freelance basis for five years, and we are overjoyed to welcome him as a permanent member of our team. In his spare time, he enjoys the theatre, music, and keeping fit!
Becky is a Philosophy graduate from Chichester University, and has spent her time since primarily in insurance, dealing with household and motor quotes, amongst other administrative issues. Becky likes to go to the cinema and the theatre in her free time, and is delighted to begin helping you out.

Office expansion!
And that’s not all...
You will now be guaranteed more privacy and isolated attention with in-office meetings, as we have absorbed the flat above the Bearsted office, and will be expanding the Ferris & Co work space! This is a change we are very excited about, because we know how much it’s going to help you! The extra space will provide room for our finance controller, Jayne, to operate.
Your needs and your comforts will be the foremost beneficiaries of this change. With this expansion, Ferris & Co can grow its business operations, and find both the extra space and the extra time to serve you in the ways you deserve. This expansion will include a private meeting room to assure and protect your privacy in meetings with our team.
